SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship from Atlanta, Georgia using USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

• Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $75
• Economy Shipping — $5.00
• Tumbler Shipping — $8.50 (applied to orders containing our premium tumblers due to size and weight)

Carrier-calculated rates via USPS and UPS are also available at checkout for expedited options.

International Shipping

Canada:

• Economy International — $15.95
• DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, and FedEx rates calculated at checkout

Rest of World:

• DHL Express, UPS, USPS, DHL eCommerce, and FedEx rates calculated at checkout

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
